1. Acceptance

By accessing utilitylaurelway.click or enrolling in a session with Utility Laurel Way Co., Ltd. ("Utility Laurel Way," "we," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book training.

2. Services described

Utility Laurel Way provides in-person and video-based technical analysis training focused on stop-loss placement, market structure, and volatility. We do not execute trades, manage funds, provide personalised investment advice, or sell trading signals or software subscriptions.

3. Eligibility & participant conduct

Participants must be at least eighteen years old. You agree to attend sessions respectfully, follow studio safety guidance, and refrain from recording sessions without written permission. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.

4. Intellectual property

Workbooks, field notes, slide materials, and website content are owned by Utility Laurel Way Co., Ltd. or its licensors. You may use printed materials for personal study. You may not reproduce, resell, or publicly distribute our materials without prior written consent.

5. Educational disclaimer

Training content is for educational purposes. Past chart examples do not guarantee future results. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions, account management, and compliance with applicable laws and broker terms.

6. Bookings & payment

Seat reservations require deposit payment as stated on our rates page. Prices are in Thai Baht unless otherwise noted. Failure to pay the balance before session start may forfeit your seat. See our refund policy for cancellation terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Utility Laurel Way is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, indirect damages, or consequences arising from application of workshop material. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid session is limited to the fee you paid for that session.

8. Website use

You may not attempt unauthorised access to our systems, scrape content for commercial reuse, or use the site to transmit harmful code. We may suspend access for violations.

9. Third-party links & images

Our site may reference external resources or display third-party photography. We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
