Registered business & history

Official registered name: Utility Laurel Way Co., Ltd.

Established: 2019

Utility Laurel Way began in 2019 when founder Arun Srisawat left a regional brokerage education desk frustrated by how stop-loss was taught — as an afterthought tied to position size formulas, never to the chart's own structure. He rented a ground-floor room on Ladya Road, printed chart grids by hand, and invited six traders for the first weekend workshop.

Word spread through Bangkok trading circles and expatriate investor groups. By 2022 we added Mali Chantarasak to lead volatility clinics. Today the studio runs Saturday workshops year-round, serves private clients across Thailand by video, and publishes field notes drawn from real classroom questions.

We are not a brokerage, signal service, or software vendor. We teach a craft: reading structure, marking invalidation, and checking that distance against current volatility before the market opens.

How we work with clients

Sessions are small by design — twelve seats in workshops, six in clinics, one in private reviews. Everyone marks charts on paper first. We believe the friction of pencil and grid slows impulsive stop adjustments that screens encourage.

We welcome questions about your own charts but do not provide trade recommendations, position sizing for your account, or access to paid indicators. Our obligation ends at education: you leave knowing where your stop belongs and why.

Values we hold at the desk

  • Structure before size. Invalidation level comes first; lot size follows.
  • Volatility as context. ATR informs whether the structural stop is practical — it does not replace it.
  • Written rationale. Every stop should have a sentence in your notebook explaining the pivot it protects.
  • Local roots. Examples draw from SET, regional FX, and instruments Bangkok traders actually watch.
