Refund policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid training sessions offered by Utility Laurel Way Co., Ltd.: Structure & Stop-Loss Workshops, Volatility Stop Clinics, Private Chart Reviews, and bundled bookings.

2. Deposit & full payment

Workshops and clinics require a 50% deposit to hold a seat. The remaining balance is due on the session morning. Private reviews are paid in full at confirmation. All amounts are in Thai Baht.

3. Cancellation by participant

• 14+ days before session: full refund of amounts paid, or transfer to a later date at no charge.
• 7–13 days before: 50% refund of amounts paid, or full credit toward a future session within six months.
• Fewer than 7 days before: no refund; credit may be offered at our discretion minus a 500 THB administrative fee.

4. Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least seven days before your session and a seat exists on the new date. Additional reschedules incur a 300 THB fee. Reschedule requests within seven days follow cancellation rules above.

5. No-shows

Failure to attend without prior notice forfeits all fees paid. Contact us before session start if you are delayed — we will hold your seat for up to thirty minutes when possible.

6. Cancellation by Utility Laurel Way

If we cancel a session due to instructor illness, studio unavailability, or insufficient enrollment, you receive a full refund or priority transfer to the next available date — your choice.

7. Partial refunds after attendance

Because workshops and clinics are live educational events, partial refunds are not available once a session has started. If you leave early due to emergency, contact us within forty-eight hours — we may offer credit toward a future clinic on a case-by-case basis.

8. Private chart reviews

• Cancel 48+ hours before: full refund.
• Cancel within 48 hours: 50% refund if we cannot fill the slot; otherwise credit only.
• Once we have delivered annotated feedback, the session is non-refundable.

9. Non-refundable items

• Printed workbooks already issued at a cancelled late-notice workshop
• Administrative fees noted above
• Third-party payment processing charges we cannot recover

10. Bundle bookings

Workshop + clinic bundles follow the refund rules of whichever session is cancelled first. If you complete the workshop but cancel the clinic, the bundle discount is reversed and clinic credit is calculated at the standalone clinic rate.

11. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within ten business days to the original payment method. Bank transfers within Thailand typically arrive within three additional business days.

12. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email hello@utilitylaurelway.click with your name, session date, and payment reference. Call 085-639-2174 for urgent same-day issues. Include "Refund request" in the subject line.

13. Work already started

For private reviews, if we have begun pre-session chart analysis more than twenty-four hours before your appointment and you cancel, a 1,000 THB preparation fee may be deducted from any refund or credit.

14. Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under Thai law where applicable.
